Explore European Heritage sites at Canada's International Pavilion 2-12 November

To celebrate Canada's 150th anniversary and 60 years since the Treaty of Rome, the European Union Delegation to Canada and the National Capital Commission invite you to a photo exhibit highlighting Europe's historic sites.

The exhibit gets underway on 2 November and runs through 12 November at the International Pavilion, 7 Clarence Street in Ottawa.

The European Heritage Label features 29 sites of historic significance for Europe. Spanning from the dawn of civilization to the Europe we see today, these iconic sites celebrate and symbolize European ideals, values, history and integration. You will also find the EU's 2012 Nobel Peace Prize on display as part of the exhibit.

The 2017 dual anniversary year for Canada and the EU comes at a remarkable moment thanks to the new Strategic Partnership Agreement (SPA) and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) – the texts of which are also part of the exhibit.

Looking forward to welcoming you to the EU exhibit at Canada's International Pavilion! Help us spread the word and bring a friend with you.

The exhibit is open to the public free of charge, 2-12 November, Tuesday to Sunday, between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. and Thursday between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m.
