Hello Wilket Creek Terry Fox Community,
As the big day is quickly approaching, we wanted to take this time to share some details about what to expect on September 14th.
Run Day Details
Date: Sunday, September 14
Location: Wilket Creek Park (corner of Leslie Street & Eglinton Avenue East)
Schedule:
8:00 AM – Registration opens
8:30 AM – Warm-up & Opening Ceremonies
9:00 AM – Run begins
1:00 PM – Run closes
Getting There
TTC: Check schedules for routes which stop near the park entrance.
Parking:
On-site parking is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Off-site parking at Four Seasons Head Office (1165 Leslie Street) is encouraged.
Free shuttle service runs from Leslie Street off-site lots to the park from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
What to Expect
Thousands of participants will run, walk, ride, or skate along 2 km, 5 km, and 10 km routes.
The event will be emceed by award-winning Canadian media personality Gurdeep Ahluwalia.
Fitness expert Olivia Baldini and her team will lead the warm-up.
We’ll welcome Owen McDonald, Terry Team member and childhood cancer survivor.

4Korners, Juno-nominated artist and official DJ of our very own Toronto Raptors
Gabriella Reyes, Toronto-born singer-songwriter performing the national anthem
Ronson, a beloved GTA band known for their high-energy performances not only within Canada but also parts of the U.S.
Plus: complimentary BBQ, kids’ activities, new-to-the-run King Kone ice cream truck, LOL photo booth, shuttle service, and much more! There will be water jugs on site; reusable water bottles are recommended!
Whether you’re running, volunteering, or simply soaking in the atmosphere, we hope you’ll join us with your family and friends. It’s a wonderful opportunity to connect with your community and support a cause that touches us all.
